It reads like a hybrid between a vintage industrial valve, a compact lantern and a toy robot — a cylindrical base with stacked rings and a spout-like projection, a glass or resin “eye” set in a chrome bezel, and a handle-like arm framing the piece. The surface shows subtle wear and purposeful variation in sheen. The work relies on repetition of rounded, stacked forms; a limited palette of gunmetal, chrome and a single red accent; and strong vertical orientation balanced by a horizontal arm.
